Griffin-Unlocker Pro is a professional GSM servicing platform licensed strictly for lawful mobile-device repair, diagnostic, and maintenance operations. You agree to use the software only on hardware you legitimately own or have explicit authorization to service. It is strictly prohibited to engage in any unlawful activities, reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized tampering with the software. Users bear full and exclusive responsibility for any illegal use and its legal consequences. Please verify your local laws and regulations prior to using Griffin-Unlocker Pro, as certain functions may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction. Access to software operation logs is maintained.
Each subscription account permits active usage on one PC at a time. Users can automatically migrate the license to another PC once every 6 hours directly within the tool without contacting support or awaiting manual approval. Sharing, sublicensing, leaking, or reselling account credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate account termination without refund.
All sales are final once account credentials (username and password) or activation licenses are delivered, as digital subscriptions cannot be revoked after activation. There is no free trial for the software; please review the supported models list and features before purchasing. This policy strictly applies to end users, resellers, and distributors: if an agent or reseller purchases a resale license or credits, they are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances. Furthermore, any authorized reseller or distributor who sells licenses below the agreed and established minimum price floor will face immediate suspension and total forfeiture of their account balance.
Active subscriptions receive daily protocol updates and 24/7 technical support from working engineers. When a subscription expires, it terminates completely and the tool immediately stops functioning. To continue using Griffin-Unlocker Pro, the subscription must be renewed through an authorized reseller.
Griffin-Unlocker Pro content and software are provided strictly 'as-is', without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use of the software is at your own risk; Griffin-Unlocker is not liable for hardware damage caused by improper operation, nor for website or server service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure. No warranty is created by any advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Griffin-Unlocker.

Consequences of Violation: We reserve the right to determine whether to allow you access to your account. In the event you utilize reverse engineering tools, packet sniffers, debuggers, or unauthorized modifications, you will be permanently prohibited from using the software until proven innocent. In case of non-compliance with the instructions, restrictions, or any of these terms, Griffin-Unlocker reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate any user account, deny access to its servers, and cease services without any refund or compensation. Legal action may be taken against violators.
